Orders

I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation of my order? Yes! After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will receive a follow-up message when your order has finished processing and is ready to ship. Please allow up to seven business days after order processing for delivery of domestic orders with ground shipping. Email admin@shannonmichellestyles.com if you have not received your initial order confirmation. 

I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that? Because we process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to a shipping address. Email admin@shannonmichellestyles.com as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address.

I ordered a custom bracelet, but I need it resized. How do I do that? We've taken the guesswork out of getting the correct sized bracelet and have provided a Bracelet Sizing Guide to make sure you get the right fit. Please refer to the Bracelet Sizing Guide prior to submitting your order. If you feel you selected the incorrect size bracelet, please contact us immediately at admin@shannonmichellestyles.com prior to your order being processed. We are unable to make any changes to custom bracelets that have finished processing and are ready to ship.

Shipping

I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I do that? As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.

I need to use two credit cards on my online order – how do I do that? At this time, we are only able to process one credit card per online order. (This includes Visa, MasterCard, or American Express gift cards.)

I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me? All domestic orders and returns are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your shipping notification will include the tracking information for your shipment. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? We're a small business that's committed to providing quality products, which include the creation of handcrafted bracelets. As of right now we're unable to offer expedited shipping. Most of our orders are delivered 5 to 7 business days after processing, sometimes sooner.  

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are only able to ship our products to addresses within the United States of America, but we're hoping to expand shipping options in the future.
